Waverly Group Postdoctoral Fellowship
Description: The Waverly Group is a thriving, family-centered multidisciplinary pediatric practice offering two full-time postdoctoral fellowship positions for the 2026–2027 academic year. Fellows join a collaborative team of psychologists, social workers, occupational and speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, special educators, and a child psychiatrist dedicated to providing integrated, evidence-based care. The fellowship offers comprehensive training in child and adolescent psychotherapy, parent guidance, and psychoeducational assessment, with a typical caseload of individual therapy clients and one to two evaluations per month. Fellows receive weekly individual and group supervision, participate in interdisciplinary learning through case conferences and Grand Rounds, and gain the supervised hours required for Connecticut licensure within a collegial and supportive environment devoted to high-quality, holistic care.
