Stanford University - Child Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship in Autism Spectrum Disorders

Description: Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is offering a child psychology postdoctoral fellowship with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders for the 2016-2017 training year. The fellow would have a primary rotation (50% time) in the Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinic with minor rotations in Anxiety, Mood and/or Eating Disorders clinic as well as psychological testing. The fellow conducts initial evaluations, therapy with children and parents, and psychological testing. Treatment modalities include Pivotal Response Therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and parent management training. Stipends are $50,000 plus benefits. Start date is September 1, 2016. All applicants must have completed: 1) APA- or CPA-accredited graduate programs in clinical or counseling psychology; 2) APA- or CPA-accredited internships; and 3) all requirements for their PhD or PsyD prior to beginning their appointment. Appointments are for one year. Minority candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
