Several postdoctoral positions are available in Clinical Psychology at Orchard Mental Health Group (OMHG), formerly known as Quince Orchard Psychotherapy (QOP). OMHG is a large private practice with offices in Rockville and Frederick, MD that provides affordable, accessible, research informed therapy, assessment, and medication services to children, adolescents, and adults. OMHG is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture for all and we are recruiting for postdoctoral fellows that share this vision. We are looking for postdoctoral fellows to join our diverse team of multidisciplinary professionals. We are able to offer postdoctoral positions in either psychotherapy or psychological assessment. Applicants with specific interests can tailor their experiences to receive specialized training in a variety of areas, including evidence based treatments in child/adolescent therapy, autism spectrum conditions, and/or ERP for OCD. Opportunities for co-leading groups may also be available. We have both in person and hybrid positions available. Fellows are invited to a weekly OCD consultation group which offers specialized training in ACT and ERP for OCD. They are also invited to monthly BIPOC support groups and an anti-racism working group. Our salary is $59,500 plus full benefits, with an automatic raise once licensed as a psychologist. Opportunities to stay on as permanent staff member exist.
