Atrius Health Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Fellowship ProgramSeptember 2, 2025- August 28, 2026
The Atrius Health Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Fellowship Program is a one-year, full time (40 hours/week) interdisciplinary program open to post-doctoral psychology students working toward licensure as a psychologist as well as other post-graduate mental health clinicians working toward licensure. The program offers in-depth training in time-sensitive, goal-directed therapy within the context of an integrative primary care and multi-specialty medical group. The fellow practices and receives supervision at Atrius Health, a multi-specialty medical group practice that provides health care to more than 745,000 adult and pediatric patients at over 30 offices in eastern Massachusetts. All Fellows will provide Behavioral Healthcare to a caseload of general psychotherapy patients and will also elect a subspeciality focus in either Pediatrics, Trauma, Addictions, or Women's Mental Health. The fellowship includes three training components: 1) general and subspecialty areas psychotherapy skill development. 2) subspecialty research and program development. 3) Teaching/Consultation experience.

- Fellows will work under the supervision of a mentor with expertise in the chosen subspecialty area (Addictions, Pediatrics, Trauma, Women's Health) to complete research/ program development projects. Fellows will be given 2 hours per week to attend this this research.

Eligibility Requirements
Psychology applicants must have completed all professional doctoral degree requirements from an accredited (accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or by the Canadian Psychological Association) institution of higher education and a minimum of a one-year pre‐doctoral internship meeting APPIC or APA standards.
