Note: March 12, 2007 is the cut off date for receiving the negotiated guest room rate. Rooms are rapidly filling, this is first come, first served for the conference room rate. APPIC encourages early reservations. The Hotel has sold out of conference rate rooms but does have a few additional rooms at higher prices.
